Shimul Basu Srivastava is a passionate early childhood educator, mentor, and transformational coach with over 17 years of experience in shaping young minds and guiding future leaders. Holding a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Montessori Training, she brings a deep understanding of child development, learning behaviors, and personality formation.
As the Founder & Director of Champion Kids, established in 2016 in Lucknow, Shimul has built a nurturing learning ecosystem focused on holistic child development, confidence building, and early leadership skills. Her work blends psychological insight with modern educational practices to help children discover their strengths and potential from an early age.
Beyond the classroom, she is a motivational speaker, career counselor, and personality enhancement coach, known for her engaging sessions with students, parents, and educators. Over the years, she has mentored and counseled more than 10,000 students, helping them navigate academic choices, personal growth, and career pathways.
Shimul has also collaborated with leading educational institutions and national-level universities, contributing her expertise in youth development, counseling, and personality transformation. Through her work, she continues to inspire confidence, clarity, and purpose in the next generation.
